Unisyn OpenElect System

Unisyn’s digital scan voting system is 2005 Certified by the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to meet the Voluntary Voter Standards and Guidelines (VVSG). Our systems reside on hardened streamlined Linux and Java platforms that provide multiple layers of security and flexibility.

All of our code is available for review by trusted jurisdictions officials as part of a procurement process. Flexible finance options may be available for our products and services.

OpenElect (FVS)

The OpenElect FreedomVote Scan (FVS) is our new precinct-count digital scan voting device. Voters will find the onscreen instructions for validating and casting their ballots are simple to follow and poll workers will find that setting up and closing down the FVS is quick and easy.

OpenElect (FVT)

The OpenElect FreedomVote Tablet (FVT) exceeds the voting requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act’s (ADA) by offering state of the art features. Voters can navigate the ballot via the tablets intuitive touchscreen technology and an audio presentation.

Central System

OpenElect (OCS)

The OpenElect Central Suite (OCS) works in conjunction with our other digital scan products or as a stand alone system. The OCS provides the election official with complete control of each step of the election process from ballot layout to report generation.

OpenElect (OVCS)

The OpenElect Voting Central Scan (OVCS) digital scan voting unit is designed to tabulate early vote, absentee, provisional or recount ballots in jurisdictions in a central tabulation operation.
